Purchase, Delivery, and Refund Policies

These policies apply to products sold by Convergence Information Foundry Research Systems LLC through MeetFAFO unless a product page clearly provides additional terms before purchase.

Initial offering

MeetFAFO's initial offering will be one digital product sold as a one-time purchase to customers in the United States. We do not currently sell physical goods or subscriptions. Before checkout opens, the product page will display the complete product description, final price in United States dollars, delivery method, compatibility or usage requirements, and any product-specific conditions.

Payment and currency

Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD). Stripe processes payment information securely. MeetFAFO does not directly receive or store your full payment-card number. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment is completed.

Digital delivery

The product will be delivered electronically after successful payment through a download link, access page, email, or another method stated on the product page. Unless the product page states a different delivery time, digital access should be provided promptly after payment confirmation. If access has not arrived within 24 hours, contact [email protected].

Refund policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by contacting [email protected] with the purchaser's name, purchase email, order reference, and reason for the request.

Refunds are available for duplicate or unauthorized charges, failure to deliver the purchased product, or a product that is materially defective or materially different from its published description and cannot be corrected within a reasonable time. For a change-of-mind request, eligibility may depend on whether the digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or substantially used. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We normally initiate an approved refund within five business days. The purchaser's bank or card provider may require additional time to post it.

Disputes and billing questions

For an unrecognized charge, delivery problem, billing error, or product concern, contact [email protected]. We aim to respond within two business days. Contacting us first often allows us to resolve the issue faster, but it does not restrict any rights you have through your card issuer or applicable law.

Returns

MeetFAFO's initial product is delivered digitally, so there is no physical item to return. If MeetFAFO later offers physical goods, the applicable return process, return address, conditions, and timing will be published before those goods are sold.

Cancellation

The initial offering is a one-time purchase and does not renew, so there is no subscription to cancel. If a future product uses recurring billing, its renewal and cancellation terms will be displayed before checkout and customers will be able to cancel future renewals.

United States availability

The initial product is offered only to customers located in the United States. Purchases are not accepted where prohibited by law or applicable sanctions. Customers must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to make the purchase.

Promotions

No promotion, discount, trial, or giveaway is currently offered. If that changes, the applicable eligibility, duration, limitations, and redemption terms will be displayed with the promotion.
